1. Provider and acceptance
PourNote is provided by Vincenzo Parente (Parentelab), an independent developer in Italy. Contact: admin@parentelab.it. By installing or using the app, you accept these terms and the applicable conditions of the store from which you downloaded it.
2. Eligibility and permitted use
PourNote is intended for adults and people who have reached the minimum legal drinking age under applicable law. You may use it to record and review personal tasting experiences in compliance with the law and the rights of others.
The app does not sell alcoholic beverages, encourage excessive drinking or replace medical or safety advice. Drink responsibly and do not drive after drinking.
3. Free version and Premium
The free version may allow up to ten saved tastings. A Premium plan may remove this limit and enable the features shown on the purchase screen. Prices, duration, free trial, renewal and features displayed in the app and store at the time of purchase prevail over general descriptions on this website.
Purchases and subscriptions are managed by Apple App Store or Google Play through your store account. Renewals, cancellations, refunds and purchase restoration follow platform rules. For Apple installations, where referenced in the app listing, the following also applies: Apple Standard EULA.
4. Data, device and backups
PourNote is designed with an offline-first approach. You are responsible for device security, granted permissions and exported copies. iCloud backups, Android backup or transfer and exported files help protect data but do not guarantee recovery in every circumstance. Check your copies periodically.
5. User content
You retain rights to the text, images and recordings you enter. You must have the necessary rights to added content and may not use the app for unlawful or harmful material. In the current version, your content is not collected by a PourNote server or used by the controller for advertising or remote training.
6. Intellectual property
The PourNote name, icon, software, interface and materials belong to the provider or their licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, distribute, resell, alter or attempt to extract the app's code except as expressly permitted by law.
7. Updates and availability
We may fix, improve, change or discontinue features for technical, legal, security or compatibility reasons. Some features depend on device model, operating system version or Apple and Google services. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the app reliable and consistent with its description.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for losses caused by device failure or loss, operating system or store unavailability, deleted backups, user file handling or events beyond reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it and separately managing subscriptions, backups and exported files. We may restrict access in case of unlawful use or material breach of these terms, subject to applicable law.
10. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to mandatory rules and jurisdiction granted to consumers in their country. The version published on this page applies from the date above. Material changes will be made available on the website or in the app.
