Delete a tasting
- Open the diary and select the tasting you want to remove.
- Use the delete command in the tasting entry or its menu.
- Confirm the action. If you created an exported copy, delete it separately.
Delete all local data
You can remove local data by uninstalling PourNote. On Android, you can also clear the app's storage and data in system settings. Before proceeding, keep only the copies you want to retain: these actions may be irreversible.
Delete backups and copies
- iCloud: manage or delete backup data in your Apple Account and iCloud settings.
- Android: manage backups and device transfer in the Google and Android settings available on your model.
- Exported files: delete each copy from the folder, cloud service, email or device to which you sent it.
- Original photos: a photo also stored in your device library must be deleted separately from that library.
Purchases and subscriptions
Uninstalling the app or deleting its data does not automatically cancel a subscription. Manage subscriptions in App Store or Google Play settings with the account used for the purchase.
Support requests
If you contacted us by email, you may ask us to delete correspondence and attachments that are no longer needed by writing to admin@parentelab.it. State the email address you used. We may retain only what is strictly required by law or to handle disputes.
